Overboost after non sequential

I just went non sequential on my car. I installed a hallman evolution rx MBC. It is overboosting like crazy now. I was just curious if the boost controller is just not doing its job or did I screw something up going non sequential? I did the full conversion w/block off plates and capped off the solenoids and everything. And please, don't flame me, I'm not driving it until I fix it. Thanks.

Jordan

edit: only power mods are full 3" exhaust
