I have been having trouble with my os giken twin plate clutch.. It wont go into gear, having clutch dis\engagement problems.

My questions is for anyone who has this clutch.. Did they do any modification to the bell housing, like filing to make the throw out bearing clear the housing. Or did you just install the clutch without any modification to the housing. I already did the pull to push conversion. Everything looks ok, but I heard that you have to do some filing to the bell housing so the throw out bearing clears.

Any help?? suggestions?


its either the throw out bearing is binding with something or my slave is bad since I only see one plate moving. ????

 

anyone. I remember a few people here were using this clutch.
