Opinions on NEO Keep Cool?

I did a search which turned up a lot of positive feedback on NEO atf or gear oils but their Keep Cool stuff was only mentioned but nobody shared any personal experience with it. Has anyone tried it and if so what did you think?

Never used it but is essentially the same thing as Water Wetter.
