Arrow only 6 psi?....

i cant control boost on my BNR stage 3's. my controller wont turn it up or down. ive removed the controller and ran it without boost pills which should set it at 7 or 8 and im still at 6. anyone know what could be causing this?...

Check that your wastegate actuator has the flapper closed.

Sounds like an exhaust restriction...do you still have a cat? It could be clogged.

i removed the controller and with a ported wastegate it still creeps to about 8 or 9 between 6K and redline...

Could be the gauge reading a lb or two off. Try Wes's or David's gauge and see if it makes a difference.
And hurry up and turn the boost up so I can go for a ride.

UPDATE....well i replaced the manual boost controller in the place where the hose goes from the wastegate nipple to the turbo and it wont stop catching boost. previously it ran from the intake manifold to a wastegate nipple and controlled boost fine on the stock turbos. when i installed the bnr's the controller didnt phase them either way so i removed it. so hows the controller supposed to be set up to control boost?...

yah i have this problem also... but when i hook up my pre-spool i get 15psi ? i was told that there could be something mechanical causing this ? can someone shine some light...
