OK this sucks

ok 2 months my girl friend wrecked my car and they had to do some work on my front suspension, 2 months ago. well i drove for about sixty milesto day and the suspension felt strange, so i thought i would chang the oil while i was under there well come to find out the bolt that had fallen out was also conected to the oil pan and when i went to drain it there was about 4 oz of oil in it, so i filled it up with 4 qurts of oil to see how long it took to drain well in 1.5 hr it was empty
so i'm going to go get a Compression test tomarrow, there is only 19,000 miles on the new rebuild so if my Compression comes back bad should i ask them to pay for a new rebuild?
because they messed up?

Something is terribly wrong if you are losing all you oil in 1.5hr! I am assuming the loss is while running--one would be blind not to notice a 4qt. puddle of oil under their car, right? (^_^) With a rate of loss that high, wasn't your exhaust smoking blue like mad? If not, then perhaps you ARE leaking? Again, 4qt. of mess is hard not to notice. Worst of all, if only 4oz. of oil came out AFTER you noticed something was wrong, your seals and turbos might be toast, which loops me back to the smoking exhaust question.

Sounds like you might need to reseal the oil pan. I know Mazda sometimes like to use those paper gaskets which don't work well for the oil pan.

Our oil pan is not supposed to be sealed with a gasket at all. It's a bitch to drop the oil pan since the subframe must also be dropped. It's a $500 job

Yup,
I believe the book states that the oil pan gasket/seal R&R is like 5 hours. I know, I just had mine done (along with several other leaks).

Good Luck finding a mechanic that won't rook you. I'm lucky that I have what I believe to be an honest mechanic (very hard to find now days).

GEB.

Good thing my oil pan was replaced right before I got the car.

If your oil dropped really low, your warning light should have came on long before. Why didn't you keep driving it with little or no eng oil?

It's unlikely the people fixing the suspension will pay for a rebuilt, since it's been 2 months and they didn't work on the engine. If you kept driving with little or no oil, it's your fault.

It's unclear to me how a suspension fix could cost your oil to leak. Suspension parts aren't connected to the engine...

I agree that the suspension fix would be at cause of an oil leak. If your girl hit something hard enough to bend up suspension parts she may have grounded the pan on something at the same time.
