oil from upper intercooler hose

im pretty sure that this is a sign of a leaking turbo, but surprise me and tell me that i am wrong. i am leaking a little bit of oil in the upper hose area of the intercooler. i took it off to notice a thin coating in the intercooler. does this mean bad turbos???

No, that is normal for any turbo car. If you have a bad turbo, oil is usually found in the inake pipes around the compressor wheel.
