Oil Smoke at startup/decel

So I have been trying to chase this down for a while and it seems to have gotten worse. When the car starts up I am getting a lot of oil smoke and also when I stop at lights. Also when on the highway and I lift off the throttle I can smell the oil coming out the exhaust. I have checked the PCV valve. It doesn't really smoke under boost, so I didn't think it could be the turbo, could it? The car is a single turbo with all the emissions removed. Any ideas?

Does your single have an oil line plumbed to it? If so, do you know if there is a restrictor in the line?

Another thing to check is to start the car with the oil cap open. If you don't get any smoke, then it's a crankcase ventilation problem. Where is your crankcase being ventilated now?

Yes it does. Not sure of the restrictor, but it has been on the car for about 4 years the way it sits now. I haven't changed anything with the turbo setup..

The crank is being vented. The cap on the filler neck is open.

Maybe it is the turbo. Mine has seen years of abuse (26lbs every outing) but I thought bad turbos smoked under boost.

Its definitely blowing a quite a bit of smoke. I wouldn't think its the turbo either, but maybe the turbo is heating up when you are in boost and it is expanding and sealing? When it cools off a bit, the seals start to leak again? I don't know, just thinking out loud.
