Talking Oil Sender unit size?

Ive searched but i couldn't find the socket size i need to remove the oil sender unit or if anyone has any other tricks to get it out? lol thanks

30mm. But I have always found it easier to use a wrench at the base. Esp if you have a shorty wrench. Easier to maneuver. 17mm.
