Oil Puddle near the MOP injectors ?

I've been having some oil leak issues lately and I thought it was the oil pan so I Lifted the car today and watched it to try and locate the oil leak ,

But I discovered a puddle of oil near the Oil metering pump Injectors . has anyone ever had this happen before?

should I change the Injectors , Or both the OMP and injectors ?

or should I just go block off plate . i'm at a point where I can choose either option .

I already premix anyways .

Look for a broken line. I bought new injectors as cheap insurance.

Its either going to be the actual oil metering lines or the crush washers. Not really anything else that can leak oil there unless you spilled a ton of oil when pouring it down the filler neck. Replace the lines and crush washers.
