Flooding or Major Issue?
Here are all the steps I took.
I drained the oil entirely about 3 weeks ago. I did a vacuum line job and put everything back together and installed my dual oil coolers. I put 4 quarts of oil in the engine through the filler neck. I removed the EGI fuse and cranked the car for 10 seconds for 4 times and added oil in between. After the oil was at a stable level (3/4 of the dipstick). I put the EGI fuse back on the car and started the car up.
Here is the video of the start up.

I am not sure how I could have flooded the engine with the EGI fuse removed (just to add, I did NOT press down the accelerator pedal while I was cranking the engine with the EGI fuse removed. I am not sure if that makes a difference).
Also, when I check my oil after the car was turned off it looked like there were small tiny bubbles at the bottom of the dipstick. Kind of like when you pour coke in a cup and you get those tiny bubbles. After the car sat for about 5 minutes I check the oil again and the bubbles were gone.
Finally, after I did research the symptoms point to it being flooded but here are a few questions that I could not answer:
1. Why did the car start right up without a struggle if it was flooded
2. I removed the EGI fuse when I was building oil pressure for the oil coolers so how would I get fuel??
Any thoughts?

Are you saying that it now won't start ? Or are you just asking if bubbles in the oil could be due to flooding ? You don't say if it started again after you let it sit and the bubbles went away .
If it was flooded and it started, it would clear up shortly. Sounds like either the map sensor hose is disconnected or something. It's not running right that's for sure. Double check all your coil wiring connections, plug wires, and make sure your injectors are plugged in correctly.

It starts right up every time. No trouble starting it. I started it 3 times after that video and it starts but it does the same thing just like the video every time.

A friend of mine mentioned the map sensor as well. I will definitely double check that. I have a set of new plugs that I can just swap out and check if it's not the map sensor.
I double checked the injectors connections before putting my rats nest back on so I am pretty sure those are connected, however, I will triple check that as well.
Thanks again for your suggestions

Just watched video and I agree with the above. exactly what I would suggest. Check Plug wires are on correct plugs/ coils, check map sensor and confirm injector plugs are in their correct injector . Also check iat sensor under the uim is plugged in
I was just reading your post on my other thread. Thanks a bunch

No probs, while on the subject of the iat sensor , I'm pretty sure the plug for it is the same as a couple of other plugs around that area so it's possible to plug the wrong thing into the wrong place . Good luck .
Good to know. I will look at the wiring harness diagram and make sure I plugged the correct plug into the sensor.
Could this also be caused by the EGR valve not being plugged in?
But I have a PFC so that wouldn't matter, correct?

I am very embarrassed to say that I forgot to connect the map sensor vacuum line when i was changing out the vacuum hoses. The car idles as it should now.
