Auto to manual injector help

Hi I am in the middle of a auto to manual conversion, and I got engine to start with a bit of starting fluid but it will not run on injectors, I don't know if I have an engine harness problem or the possibility I might have a ECU problem, bad injector driver. Anyone have a problem like this after a conversion, if so please chime in. I do have fuel pressure, Im not sure how to check ECU signal.
Thanks

Hi it was one of the fuses on the fuse holder on driver side kick panel. It was I believe the rear wiper fuse. Even if your car does not have a rear wiper the fuse is still there.
