Ok I am looking to install oil gauges right now without having a weeks down time do to ripping appart the car to do the job.

I have heard of a mythical oil filter pedistal. You put the pedistal in where the oil filter goes then put the oil filter on top of the pedistal. the pedistal has two holes tapped in it for the placement of the oil temp and pressure sensors.

Has anyone been able to actually find this part or should I just be waiting until winter when I rip the car appart anyway.
