I replaced my sender three years ago when it suddenly read 0 lbs while idling at a traffic light. Tonight the iol pressure gauge started dancing again - just as before.

Does anyone know of a replacement (not OEM Mazda) that is more reliable and will work with the stock Oil Pressure guage/Idiot light?

 

First try cleaning it and making sure the connections are good. Usually it just gets dirty and just needs a good cleaning.
