oil pressure problem? when cold.

When I start my car after it has been sittting overnight or anytime the engine has had enough time to completly cool down, my oil pressure guage reads 120 psi. No warning lights come on but it seems awfully high. It is only when I first start the car and once the engine starts warming up, the pressure goes down until the engine is at normal operating temp, then it is fine. also if the engine is not warm enough the oil pressure seems to respond like my boost guage when the turbos are boosting...kinda weird but I have only seen it a couple times. The engine runs great and doesnt have any problems I just noticed that and didnt think it should be doing that.

Any suggestions would be great.
