Oil pressure issue

Having a issue with oil pressure ... just had my motor bridge ported and did a single turbo swap at the same time.. Everything seems to be working fine other than the fact i seem to be having a issue with oil pressure. I keep having oil seal issues with my turbo due to high oil pressure and having some spiking in pressure was wondering if anyone else had run into this problem and if anyone had a solution..

Do you have a restrictor in your oil line to your turbo?

spiking in oil pressure?
is the turbo blowing smoke after letting off the throttle under boost?
if so make sure your oil return line is free of restriction, but more importantly that u have proper crankcase ventilation. ie (the nipples on the oil fill neck are not plugged.)
