oil pressure gauge not working...help!

Ok heres the deal, my oil pressure gauge just suddenly shut off on me. It isnt dirty and oil or debri isnt getting into it. Personally i think its either that the sensor is fried due to constant heat from the engine or the vibrations from the engine is causing it to disconnect or something. so please give me your thoughts on what i should do. such as relocate the sensor or get an aftermarket gauges? oh and everything is stock on my car

Just replace the OEM sensor with another OEM sensor. While they don't last forever, when installed correctly they last for many years. Just treat it like a wear item similar to brake pads.

First check your connections, but you will probably need a new one. Bad news is that they are not cheap. Good news is that they are on sale.
