Oil Pressure

what is the normal idling oir pressure...after warmup mine reads a big fat 0...comes up to 60+ around 3500. It just had an oil change and no leaks

The oil pressure gauge is flaky. Sometimes cleaning the contact on the sensor helps. But the sensor also wears out after a while (search for pics of one cut open to reveal a stretched spring). If that is the case, you can replace the sensor and have it go bad again after a while. Or replace the gauge with a more reliable aftermarket unit.
