Oil mist in Y-Pipe?

I pulled off the hoses to the intercooler and air cleaner to check my Y-pipe coupling and I've got a very thin coating of oil inside the coupling and the ends of the hoses. Not a lot, just enough to glisten and show up on a rag. Is this normal? Everything smells fine when running and I haven't noticed a loss of oil, other than a small leak on back passenger side, under the turbos.
I'd appreciate any adivse or experiences. Thanks.

Don
