if your turbos are in that bad of condition, that could be the source of the oil coming out your bypass valves. about the oil pan, are you sure the oil around it is coming from the oil pan or could it be running down to there from your turbos/bypass valves? if it is coming from the oil pan, did you use a gasket or just sealant when the oil pan was installed?

it was installed with a gasket and sealant. and the BOV is stock so if it was still in my intake box all the oil woulda got in there.

Be glad it made it 500 miles before leaking If it was bent badly before or leaked badly before it is often difficult to reuse the same pan as it is difficult to get it back straight.

The gasket is the problem. They crush and leak, since they are subjected to compression from the motor mounts. Do a search on it.

The turbos you'll just have to look at more closely.

But they don't leak that soon, even if it's the stock gasket...

For problems like this you have to take a look under the hood and underneath the car. We cant magically tell you whats wrong. If done wrong, the seal wont last and might leak right away. Check to see if the leak is comming between the front cover and the engine. If it is, it will be a big leak and leak onto the oil pan. It will make it look like the oil pan is leaking. If oil is everythere, you will have to degrease everything and run the car and look for the leak. Its not rocket science, but might take some time. I take on side jobs on the weekend if you dont have anyone working on your car. Pm me if you have more questions.

Not true. I've personally experienced one leaking within 100 miles.

ic i know is not rocket science ive delt with stuff like this before but what about the BOV shooting up oil, ,thats never happen to me before. i do really think it is the gasket because i noticed when i had a leak last time: i always checked how much oil i had on the dipstick and it was always inaccurate, for example: i dip it and its covered in oil but i leak like half a quart a day and it smells somewhat like gas.

In case it is the gasket, this thread may be useful:

maybe your motor mount bolt is loose,
1 of them goes thru the oilpan.

i have had a leak there before after a motor install.

I'd like to know what this turns out to be and what the rememdy is. Maybe when putting on a new gasket, make sure the mounts are tight and put a oil pan brace as well?

I still don't understand the issue with the BOV leaking oil. You said it's in the stock air intake box, so how is the oil shooting up/out? Sure there's a leak from the BOV as well?

Correct - especially when a gasket was used - it compresses, the motor-mount bolts loosen, and a leak path is formed.
