oil injector replacement

i recently found out my oil injectors may have a ruptured diaphram in them. i've been pre-mixing a little to be on the safe side. well i finally got around to calling malloy today to see how much more in debt to mazda i had to get. much to my surprise, they're only $21.81 a piece! i went ahead and ordered a couple so i can be worry free again.

oh, and a driver side door handle is $157.19 in case anyone is interested. i know it's more than jt imports, but i don't have to wait forever for shipping

The low cost of the oil injector is justified by the amount of time you have to spend removing stuff to get to them!

Make sure you get new copper crush washers, a pair per injector. You might want to think about stainless steel MOP lines too .

With that much labor, if you have the bucks I would think of removing the OMP and going with a reservoir.

it only takes me like 10 minutes to get to mine. and i have a bunch of copper washers laying around. i'm thinking about picking up a low mileage omp and getting the stainless lines. i just want to make sure everything is in proper working condition. and i love my omp, as much as i drive, i'd rather not have to deal with premix. plus, i'm sure one day i'll let the g/f borrow the car and she'll try to be nice and fill it up and forget the premix
