Oil injector clearance issues with braided fuel lines
Ok. So I've recently upgraded to -6 braided lines. There is an issue with clearance on the primary rail's outlet fitting and the oil injector under it. It's basically hitting it, and, of course, I didn't find this out until after the fact and split the weld (fittings on stock rail).
Does anyone have the same setup that's still running with the metering lines?
If so, what did you do to overcome that?
Thanks!

I had the same problem. I have -6an ss lines with russell fittings threaded into the stock primary rail.
I tightened the fitting down a few turns and there is now enough room for the rail, however the fitting still makes contact with the rear oil metering nozzle. The next time I have the fuel system out I am going to remove a 1/4" or so of thread from the outlet hole so that the fitting will not stick out as far.

I have -8 lines on both rails, the primary rail fitting makes contact with the oil injector but still went on , no leaks.-8 fittings are a fair bit bgger than -6.
You should have zero problems with -6 fittings, you are not using the right fittings if your -6 ends are touching the injector.
