oil cooler question

Hey everyone i work at Uhual and i saw we carry and install tranny oil coolers. i own a fd3s and my oil cooler has alot if not most of the fins bent. so my question is can i use these oil coolers for my motor instead of on a tranny in which they were made for. also i only have one oil cooler on my car, i was also wonderin if i can use these if i can dual them and how hard will it be.

Without even seeing a picture i would have to say no on the oil cooler. Its pretty difficult to do a dual setup from scratch. If you really want a dual oil cooler setup i would suggest finding sombody selling a set in the classifieds.

It's going to be more trouble than it's worth. You'll have to make brackets to mount the new/extra cooler, and then find a way to mate that with the stock single cooler. The stock lines aren't exactly AN standard so it's just not that simple.

You'll be better off looking for a used R1/2 dual oil setup for sale or find someone parting out a R1/2.

UHaul didn't steal it. A person "working for UHaul" stole it. That person would probably steal a CC number no matter where they are working.
