oil cooler question

Ok so the guy I purchased the car from hacked into the oil cooler line after the auto to manual swap. The pressure line keeps blowing off. My question is how high does the pressure get in the cooler lines? Anybody splice into one of these lines before and have it NOT leak? I was thinking of getting a reducer with the ribbed end and see if that will hold. He cut the hardline before the quick disconnect and I don't want to buy new cooler lines any ideas??
Thanks Dan

Buy used lines, don't screw with a goofy setup, it really isn't worth risking a motor much less a leak.

The stock lines are pretty durable, Fritz Flynn might be able to help you out with some used ones.

Goofy set up you never lied on that one Jeff. I think I have dumped about 6 qts by now on the floor not going to risk it. If someone has the hardpipe for the dual coolers please let me know.
Thanks Dan
