Oil Cooler Identification

Can someone ID this for me? Is this driver side or passenger side oil cooler?

It's an automatic transmission cooler.Yes you can use it as an oil cooler on the passenger side but you need to do some mod to it to get it to work with stock r1 oil cooler line.
