Question Oil from BOV?

im purchasing a 94 FD with non-sequential turbo's....the car is in great condition and the engine runs strong....but i noticed that the blow off valve releases oil when it purges. is this a sign that the turbo's are going bad? can they just be rebuilt? or is it smarter to completely replace them with the '99 efini turbo's or just go single? i dont really want to put that much money into the car if i dont have to.

purchasing the car for $11700
77,500 miles on chassis/2000 miles on the engine
veilside bodykit
custom chameleon paint job

ive road in the car and it rides smooth and accelerates at a great rate, but im not too sure if the turbo's are going bad....if they are is a Garret t04b .60/.96 too small of a turbo to go single? thanks for any help

I'd recommend not buying an FD.

Some oil misting is normal, puking oil is bad. 77k mile turbos are nearing the end of their typical life expectancy, especially if they have been regularly boosted over 10 psi. Going to new twins would be MUCH, MUCH cheaper than going with any single turbo setup.
