An Offer on my 94' FD

I've been inactively selling my FD for the past few months now (I really don't want to get rid of it, and can easily be talked out of it..but that's a different story.) I've got a person wanting to buy my 94' Touring with 67k mi with the following mods for $19k with a non refundable $1000 deposit upfront:

BNR Stage II Turbos ($1100)
M2 medium intercooler ($900)
M2 intake ($250)
M2 Stainless intake pipes ($150)
M2 Stainless downpipe ($150)
M2 Stainless midpipe ($150)
APEXi Power FC and commander ($950)
HKS Ignition amp ($300)
Blitz SBC-ID boost controller $300)
Blitz Power meter ($250)
1200cc secondary injectors ($175)
Supra TT fuel pump ($200)
Fluidyne Radiator ($350)
Greddy Type-S blow off valve ($100)
Greddy Intake elbow ($150)
Greddy 2 bar radiator cap ($25)
NTek mini battery ($150)
Pettit Aluminum AST ($125)

I'm considering this to be a somewhat decent deal being that if I removed the above and sold at those prices I'd get around $4500 (give or take) and the market value on the car should be around $14k. Saving me some time having to remove parts and replace with stock. The car just went in for a compression check and ran fine, no coolant in the exhaust, and the turbos were put on a few months ago. I've attached a pic, this price doesn't include the Blitz rims or Scoot Replica hood. Any advice, other than not selling it?

That seems like a good deal to me but I have a better deal:

If you end up selling it then my advice is for you to get $18k from the buyer and sell me the i/c for $1k

in all honesty your not really gonna get more for it than that, it sounds like a good deal and if you want to sell it than sell it, if not then don't.

I don't know if this has ever been tried, but when trying to sell a modded car, has anyone considered parting out their aftermarket parts and then putting used stock parts back on and selling the car as stock or near stock? It seems to me like this would be the most lucrative option if you had the time and patience to do the swapping yourself.

Why the hell are you selling it now? If you part some of the stuff I'd be interested in a few things. No shipping

Good to hear from you again Donovan. I guess I didn't really pose much of a question in my post did I? I know it seems to sweet of a car to sell for $20k (I upped the price another grand), hell..I bought it for $17k stock. I still have all of the stock parts laying around, but I'd hate to destroy what I've built over the past few years. Plus it doesn't seem like I'd get much more for it. I know I wouldn't buy a modded FD for more than $20k (actually I wouldn't buy a modded seven ) The FD was a great project, but it's hard to enjoy because no one around me has an interest in cars. I talk about what I've done/going to do and their eyes glaze over and roll into the back of their heads. That or they're scared of anything that's not piston driven. Occasionally I'll run at some of the local meets and a few runs at Sac raceway, but I can't justify keeping it in the garage when I don't drive it much. Sounds like I'm one of those project guys that gets rid of their cars after working on them..I always hated those guys!

BTW - As far as parts, the Blitz 03 Rims and Scoot CF Replica are being sold seperately, along with the JL sub and enclosure. Pic of enclosure attached.
