Mine came with them, I really like them. If you upgrade to a wider tire, I highly recommend them

Here is a pic of them on my FD.

where can you get these? Mazda still must make them right (they are suppose to make them for 10 years after the car is last made right?)?

I think mazdastuff and gallery group sells them, call mazdaperformance.com too.

I had a pair but sold them. I got them bc they look stylish but I don't know how functional they actually are. They just wrap around the fender a little bit so it's less of a 'mudguard' and more of a 'mini sideskirt'.

I have them, I never even noticed until I had the car for about 6 months and somebody started making a big deal about why he couldn't find them for his FD. They blend in quite nicely with the lines of the car.

You'll have to call mazdaperformance but that is the right site. Mazdastuff.com and the gallery group (both dealers) sell them for good prices.

If you go to the dealer they come already painted. You just tell them the color of your car and all you have to do is put them on. Same thing with the side veiw mirrors on your doors they come pre-painted.

I agree, they look great and do not detract at all. In fact, when you look at the wheel well before the rear tire, and after, they make the lines cleaner, instead of that jump up to the shorter back end.

Thanks for the compliment, however, the car has never been repainted, well except the rear bumper.

Arrow stock mud gaurds

I believe these came with my car originally, but two owners ago a ricer was cruising in this car so I'm not sure.

P.S. Has my car been lowered? If so, by how much?

you can get them at any dealer

FD01-V3-450G P2 FRONT BLACK MUDGUARD
FD01-V3-4G0G 3L REAR MUDGUARD BLACK

when I ordered mine there was no number for black rear so I got white and had them painted. they look great and I notice especially in the rear they help a lot with stone chips.

my dealer found these part numbers in an OEM accessoreis catalog. that catalog was 2001 and had all mazda cars in it.
these part numbers should get you started though.

your car height looks stock to me, and it looks as if your car came with the mudguards as well. You need to get a small wing though

My buddy got his from Mazdastuff.com, for his silver 94 FD. Best price we found for them, and quick turn around.

I think the rear must be lowered a couple inches, from that wing of yours

sorry to bring this thread back to life, but does anyone know the last digits on the part number for montego blue?

the parts numbers are below, i just need the code for montego blue:

FD01-V3-450G-XX (front)
FD01-V3-460G-XX (rear)

(the xx is the color code)

by the way, i got the part numbers from http://www.mazdastuff.com, you can buy them there if you are looking, or mazdamotorsports.com if you have an account there.

Why can't you ******** ever call the freaking dealer yourself and ask them how much they cost?

Yes they still sell them, and yes they come prepainted. Trying asking for a set in CYM, ugh.

I bought mine last year from the dealer. $180 for the set. Pretty expensive IMO, but worth it.
