OEM CD Changer

I’m in the process of re-fitting the original stereo back into my 95 FD. Turns out it had an optional CD changer unit. Has anyone got any photos of where this was mounted in an FD and how it was secured? I have the bracket that it sits on but I don’t know it it was supposed be in the trunk or the main cabin. Any help is much appreciated

They are super rare, I only really know that it's available that's about it. Most likely goes in the storage bin would be my thought.

I know there is a JDM options brochure, I think it shows a picture of it, that may give some clues. But they are so rare I don't know if. you would find anything else much about it.

Thanks Dale. It’s too big to go in a storage bin and the car it came in had rear seats. I can only imagine from the wiring length that it goes somewhere in the trunk but would be nice if someone had a photo of where

Here's a couple of pics, without the changer installed.

I got some brochures lying around, and this is all I could find. Looks like there may be a couple different versions of the JDM cd changer, and another for the US.

In for pics of your cd changer...
