Occasional starting problems.......too hot?
Yes im a 7 noob (just got out of the 240 world). Just bought a 95tt, runs great, amazing condition. Less then 10k miles were put on it per year, perfect maintenance record etc..
I have run into a starting issue 3 or 4 times so far, it doesnt happen often. Sometimes after driving for a while or if its hot, and after I have parked to go into a resteraunt or a store and come back out (so lets say 20-40mins) I try to start it and get nothing. Lights and electronics are fine but no noise starting wise. Then I wait about 30 seconds or so, no more then a minute, and it starts right up perfectly.
Curious to get any feedback on this, im trying searches but havent come up with much. The car has 75k on it, I was just assuming it could be a heat related issue despite the temp gauge is normal.
Thanks
