loose bracket...where does this connect?

Hey Everyone:

I was attempting to redo my ground wires and to my surprise I found this metal bracket just hanging. It looks like this bracket is connected to the same group of wires that connects to the oil sender wire (main engine harness maybe?). I found the wires basically near the bottom under the spark plugs. Could anyone help me where this goes?

IIRC, that looks like the one that goes on the PS pump. I could be wrong though, it's been awhile.
