I was contemplating fabbing one up. If there is interest maybe I can have them produced... who knows. It is afterall, just a glorified water bottle

its "rumored" at 1+ gallon. looking at the trunk today i think its possible to make an even bigger one.
For if any of our Canadian friends would be willing to pull the center rear panel and snap some shots of their tank I would really appreciate it. Also, in US FD's there is (on the rear driver side) a vent type contraption attached to that panel. It is removable from the rear driver panel, which leads me to believe that the Canadian rear driver panel may have something different there. If anyone in the great white north would be willing to help out please post or PM me. Thanks, Heath

There are a few pices of information that I am wondering about for AI. How much volume do you guys running AI go through per given amount of time? I'm purposely being vague as i know that we all drive different amounts per week.
How about, how much volume of alc/water do you go through per gas tank fillup? Also, how much noise does the pump make?? If I keep it in the trunk I'd like to have it nearly, if not completely silent.

) If you get a chance id love to see whats behind that panel. If I remember correctly, its really easy to remove (just pulls off... though youd have to move that bose tube out of the way first)
I would be interested in this.
Also, has anyone thought about using the FEED luggage box that fits in the spare tire well and making that into a water tank? It would seem to keep more of the weight over the tires than hanging off the rear.
I actually asked shine if he would be interested in making a "one off" but he never responded that he would be willing to do it.

Just looked at my base model plastics.
There is a hole that is capped off (the hold that the rear washer tank filler neck pokes through)
I am no longer interested in this product.
I'm going to fab up my own tank.
Aluminum construction (maximum capacity)
Internal pump (looking into small fuel pumps) possibly Bosch (needs to be resistant to methanol)
Internal baffling
Internal float gauge with dummy light wired to the din pannel to tell you when your getting low.
Inline media filter (metal substrait filter????)
Kenne Bell Boost-A-Pump
Partnered with an AquaMist HFS-6
Let me know if that seems like overkill.

I'm not sure if I'm reading this thread correctly, so the USDM FDs only have a washertank in the front? My EU FD only has one in the rear.
If I can help anyone, I can take all the pics you want.
