but what is that round black object by the abs system on the 3rd gen rx7?i have not seen this on other cars.is it the ABS controller?is it a big resistor what?

is that it?i was tryin to follow the wires and the went everywhere.its black round bolted to the firewall and behind the abs.the only thing there like it.i cant find it in my shop manual.
