Not getting spark after Engine Install - Did Search, need some advice =)

Not getting spark after Engine Install - Did Search, need some advice =)
Checked fuel pressure, fuel pump is turning on, relays are clicking on, car turns over just fine.. just does not fire.
Car is not getting spark - made sure of this.....so now I have to find out WHY it is not getting spark.
My Trailing coils are stock but my Leading coils are MSD2's powered by a Jacobs Ignition. Now, neither set of coils is getting spark. This means that the jacobs is not getting power, nor are the trailing coils.
If anyone can help me out, this would help.
1. Is there a fuse I could check aside from the two main fuse boxes under the hood? (EGI, etc etc are all good)
2. Is there a particular wire that has to be connected to send voltage to the spark plugs, if so... where is it?
3. Could this be a grounding problem?
Please note my setup... it's a single turbo... all the blockoff plates are in place and my last engine was fine... the power FC is reading fine for everything except the fuel temperature sensor (since the aftermarket rail doesn't use one)
IF anyone has a good lead on where to look, please let me know!
THanks in advance,

This is an obvious one, but it nearly eluded me - did you remember to connect the coils? Also, might swap plugs, as nastily fouled ones can take a day out in the open air to dry off enough to spark again. Good luck

Ok, just thought I'd mention that. The plugs still could be fouled - mine were brand new when they caused the symptom you are describing. You might try leaving them out to dry for a night or so. Also, have you looked at the diagnostic procedures in the manual? There are some fairly simple tests you can do, particularly measuring voltages at the ignitor to determine whether your problem occurs before or after that point.

My car is in ARizona, and I am in California. So I have to give a play by play to a friend of mine and he checks it out for me.... I am trying to make it home on the 15th, much easier to do myself. I can do some wire tracing and check the voltages with a DMM, but I'd have to be home to do that... friend doesn't know how to use a DMM or trace wire... that's something I'd have to do myself. Hrmm - from what Tom93R1 told me (my car is in his garage) - the spark plugs are not receiving any power... so it would have to be somewhere before the coils.

If the plugs are coated in gas (where you can't see it or wipe it off), they may not spark at all. I just wouldnt rule that out yet. If your problem is before the coils, I'd say the ignitor would be a good place to start checking. You can IM me if you need details on that test.

Yeah I think it might be a grounding issue too. I am not sure if that one got connected or not.... IIRC it didn't.
Now... can I use a common ground? There are about 3 grounds under the manifold, if I attach them all the the UIM will that be fine? I'd assume the grounding is the same no matter where it is attached....

Yeah I jumped the car... the odyssey is crap, I tried to start it when it was directly connected to the jump cables. It would keep turning over just not fire.... Tom troubleshot it and found it was not getting spark. The battery is bad I am working with the company to get a new one under warranty.

Ok - Ignition is powered by the battery - so I know it has power (it sparks when I remove the fuse that sits on the hot wire of the ignition)
The coil packs are connected.. both leading and trailing. i tore everything apart to check connections. Now I forgot to check the crank angle crap....
The crank angle sensor are behind the main pulley correct? I'll check this out tomorrow morning... I was talking with Max and I needed a multimeter to check voltage at the Igniter... I didn't have one handy to I just went home and cried.
Ready to go at it in the morning though =)

Man I feel like a dumbass. I looked through the forum... when I pulled apart my car today I saw two big *** connectors... did not think of where they should be... figured they were something i pulled off when the twins went...
Well.. iirc they were the two crank angle/crank position sensors.. .whatever you want to call them. One is for fuel, the othe for spark. Lets home my dumbassedness pays off when it fixes the problem. hah
