While the consensus seems to be black, I that is what I prefer for looks. On a race car I would go with the natural silver as it is easier to do crack detection.

I just noticed your front strut bar. I bought that each same model for my FB years ago; while nice and light I found that the center aluminum screw could not stand up to the tower lateral loading and bent. Fault is that weakest link is mid span.

No, use Goodridge. I used the following on my fuel lines; very light, very tight bend radius and smooth internals

New Super Flexible PTFE Lined Fuel and Oil Hose

Choose high-temperature Stainless Braided Type 811 Hose (500°F operating temperature vs 300°F for standard hose) or lightweight Aramid Braided Type 910 Hose (average of 43% lighter than standard hose). Both types feature a special smoothbore PTFE liner which offers great flexibility, larger ID, compatibility with all types of racing fluids, resistance to fuel vapor penetration and higher resistance to vacuum collapse.

Been along time now..

Have been busy at work.

But I bought some wheels for the car, so I can move it around the workshop.

Wheels are 8"x18", so I have room for very wide wheels..

Also started on the ducting of the front brakes, not done yet.

Have started on the exhaust too, not much room...

So I hope I can shield the intake for the exhaust temp..

Got some parts today.

The CF dash is some piece of art..

Got a Sparco wheel with snap off boss, and hood locks.

And I got my fuelcell today, this wasnt what I hoped for..

The fuel pump braket on it was welded on the wrong side.
And there wasnt any one way valve fitted.
Fuel level gauge was missing.

So I was abit disapointed about this, because of the high price on this..
