OK frist searched (EGT, Exhuast Gas Temp, Normal Exhuast temp)

But didnt find the info i wanted, So here we are.

I am in the prosess of installing a Autometer EGT kit, and was wondering what type of temps and going to be normal'ish. I understand ever car is differnt but just some numbers to go with.

I currently have

the best advice I can give you is hook up an air/fuel ratio meter (Lambda sensor) and test what your exhaust temp is when it makes the best power, best done on a dyno. The exhaust temp sensor will show different reading depending on things like the amount of ignition timing you are running as some times the fuel will still have a burn in the exhaust and how much exhaust back pressure you have, even the size of your turbos.
most of the rotories I have worked on run between 1600 and 1800degF when they are making power. Be carefull.
