nonseq......and boost issue

alright guys, i checked and checked, and now its starting to **** me off. im running non sequential, with a brand new motor and without a boost controler i was getting about .5 bar of boost. we put on a manual boost controller, and i cant seem to get anymore boost out of it. it seems like its holding pretty well at .5 or right under that. so im guessing it cant be a leak if its holding boost right? i installed the controller with one hose coming from the rack with the 2 hose nipples on it right next to the wastegate, and had another line going from the controller to the wastegate actuator......and fully adjusting the controller it just stays at like .4 or .5.......any ideas? thanks

That would be 1/2 of 1 bar which is aprox 14.5 psi....so .5 bar would be right at 7 psi.
