Non-Seq Vaccum Line?

I am wondering what the line in red on this diagram does.
https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/trying-make-ultimate-non-sequential-diagram-270411/
I have my LIM off and know where it is but what does it do?

Thanks

Anyone know what the line is for. I have seen it in several diagrams which has me worried about just blocking it off.

Thanks
