Non-Seq./single Turboed-Emissions passing?

Going Non-Seq. on my stock turbos. I bought a block-off plate kit and wanted to know what stuff should I not block-off(like EGR valve, etc. ) to pass emissions. I am planning to keep air-pump if I have too. Or can i delete everything a have the PFC running lean at low boost when the test comes around? Basically I just want to know what it takes to pass emmissions!!

the only single turbo kits that might pass emissions are the HKS kits. pretty sure

non sequential will produce the same emissions as sequential. it shouldn't make a difference

I could be wrong with your state's smog law...but over here, no air pump is an automatic fail. If you do it maybe u can find someone who could just help you out for a couple extra $$.

The EGR is an emmisions control device...so I would think you should keep it on to pass. The EGR recirculates the a little exhaust gas to decrease the NO2 levels right? Depending on how strict Philly is you might want to keep it on.
