Noisy suspension on '93 RX7

I have been chasing a metal-to-metal noise, happens when the car goes over bumps large or small. I have changed some obviously worn bushings and bearings in the rear suspension, but can't find the one that's making this noise. Someone suggested I change the "pillow bushings". Can anyone throw some light on this for me?

Pretty much you need to think that since your car is 10 years old, if the bushings and other parts haven't been replaced, they're pretty tired right about now. Many people hear lots of evil noises from the differential bushings, as well as the pillow *****, and various other moving components, etc. It's a safe bet that you'll probably do yourself a lot of good to systematically replace all of the bushings that haven't been replaced already.
