Did you ever get a compression test done from last month when it started shaking?

Go to any store an pick up a piston engine compression tester. You can usually find them for about $30 or cheaper like this:

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=92697

Then just follow the steps here:

http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/3r...ion_check.html

It won't give you "exact" results. However, if the engine is blown, you'll definitely see it.
