no secondary boost!

Okay, I tried searching, but nothing came up.
I'm having a rather strange problem with my secondary boost. I know, there's a boost leak somewhere, but its a very strange problem:

I basically have had no secondary boost since I put my car back together after doing the vacuum hose job near the beginning of August. However, if I let the car warm up properly (no boost), and then gun it, I will get full boost through one gear. Perfect 10-7/8-10. After that, any time I give it some gas, it goes 10-7-4 (or worse). It seems that I hooked up all the vacuum hoses correctly if I'm getting full boost at least once, right? So what is causing me to lose boost after a period of time? I've taken everything down to the UIM out and reset all the gaskets and retorqued the nuts and I've replaced a lot of broken rubber connectors (including the one between the Y-pipe and the crossover tube). I'm at wits end cause I can't figure out where the thing is leaking! What could be going on to cause this?

Only other performance mod is a downpipe. Thanks in advance guys!

I had the same problem. Found one of the short vacuum hoses was kinked. Replaced it with a slightly shorter silicone hose and it solved the problem. My didn't work even when hot though, so your problem may be different, or maybe the kink may come out when the hose gets hotter

I agree with the fact that it probably has somthing do do with being hot, possibly you are not pushing through a crack maybe in your couplers untill they get hot enough that the air seeps out easier. Your TCA might be sticking, or possibly the CCA I believe it is. check those out make sure they work properly. The TCA CCA is just a guess though, but it doesnt hurt to check since u just did your vacuum lines.
