What could it be, When im driving the car under 3500 rpms the car barely goes, its slow as hell. Could it be the first turbo? What RPM's does it start boosting at. Im getting a heavy whistling noise as soon as i step on the gas. What turbo Do you recommend getting for a stock engine?

 

You might have a boost leak. Try looking for cracks/loose connections in your hoses. If your car is stock and you hear whooshing it is likely a leak.

If you still have the sequential twins, you should get boost somewhere around 2000 rpms. I'd try checking the CCV (Charge Control Valve). It's a butterfly valve on the y-pipe.
