No power to cluster

Im not getting any power to any gauge on my dash, except my gas gauge. Im also not getting any power to my turn signals, as in, when I push down the column, nothing happens at all. Im also unable to get my fans to run. Before, I would hit my ac button and it would turn the fans on, and no longer does. Any idea what fuse, or relay it could be?

Yeah, I was just asking while I was at work to see if anyone could at least give me a headstart, but went out on a break and found the fuse that was blown. 15A meter fuse
