Question no oil in the secondary oil return line?????

ok, in the ongoing saga of gettting the damn thing fixed my mechanic discovered yet another problem... the secondary oil returnline was loose... hanging by one bolt. wierd part is that he said there was no oil in it.. implying that it was bone dry. that explains the oil leak, but now im concerned about the condition of the turbo, though i dont go into the secondary often (since its only making 7psi i take it easy on it)....
could this also somehow be related to my low secondary boost (wishful thinking)....
thoughts?

I'm assuming you're talking about the oil drain from the secondary turbo. The line will be dry with the engine off - the oil will have already leaked out . I don't think I've ever seen a turbo so shot that the oil galleries were plugged and no oil was draining.

Doubt this is related to boost problems, though. Just sounds like something that needs to be fixed.
