No electrical power?

If anyone has been following my thread, here's my rebuild
https://www.rx7club.com/south-rx-7-forum-34/progress-houston-821040/

Interior is near completion. I'm now snagged at the electricals. I am checking the manual but hoping that maybe someone can head me in the right direction a little faster. Some history, I got the car with lots of fuses missing, lots of connectors not connected, and the cpu2 and everything on that bracket out of the car(took me just a few minutes to figure where it went). After taking apart the complete dash, I made sure everything is connected. Now the things that do work are the sunroof.. and the inside fan turns on. The rear windshield wiper worked once(can't get it to work again). On the gauges, the only thing that turns on is the high beam indicator(but headlights don't work). None of the interior or exterior lights work. Gauges dont' turn on, radio no work...nothing. The fuse box in the driver kick panel, I've changed all the fuses, used a fuse checker lights up so it appears i'm getting power to that fuse box. I mostly just want the gauges to first turn on. Any clues?

by the way, I'm on the process of changing all the fuses under the hood but rather not just be hitting and missing. Thanks guys

Find the Body Electrical Troubleshooting manual in the stickies, pick a circuit that is not working, and use the diagnostic procedure for that circuit in the manual to trace the problem.

That is the true and only way to diagnose electrical problems.

Bust out the multi-meter and get to work
