when i say theres nothing i mean i cant hear any clicks, it still trys to start but it cant for some reason, i have just checked the fuel pump relay and there is no power at any of the terminals and that doesnt click either. so it must be a fuse of some sort, can anyone guide me in the right area, cheers phil.

Start with listing the things you changed or touched since it was working.

General rule, if it was working before you touched it, recheck your work.

what could i have done to make the fuel pump not have any power, i never did anything apart from moved the long relay box about (its a bit loose on my car,) and wiggled a few other wires, is there a fuse that could have blown if a wire was exposed.

There is a fuel pump relay. Did you check that?

yes that still works when wired to a battery but not when i put it in the housing, thats why i wondered if a fuse had gone.

Check the 120A Main Fuse. It's located in the rectangular shaped fuse box that's connected to the positive battery post.

thanks for your help people, i posted another thread about fuses and found that the fuse box above the drivers kick panel had a 15 amp fuse gone, this fuse made my car just turn over with no signs of starting, its great now, cheers.
