No boost creep how come?

I have added a DP and Cat back and my gauge goes to 10 psi and does not go up. I am assuming that with these mods I should get at least 11 to 12. I also have the K&N drop in with modified airbox.

When it comes to creep, it seems like everyone's car is different.

1. Stock cat is still in place on your car?...highly restrictive...possibly plugged. High flow cat would free it up a little bit more.
2. You have a K&N drop in w/mod air box, but that might not give as much air as a complete aftermarket replacement, like the Apex intakes or other.

Your going to want to consider a fuel computer or stand-alone upgrade shortly after you start seeing boost levels increase. You might want to consider that with or before your next upgrade...better safe than sorry.
