no boost

no boost

finally got to drive my car, but no power below 3000 and now boost below 4400

It's an auto...yeah I know...but when I accelerate I can hear the turbo sucking air then also hear a loud low pitch blow off sound up to about 3500

HELP PLEASE

Well, I know the blow off sound is coming from the air pump...but what this does and why when me small turbo should be boosting I still don't know, please help

OK, still working and searching on this. I plan to change the blow off valve ( any suggestions? ) but don't want to spend 130 on a factory one. Is there any that work alone but will go with an electronic conrol if I upgrade later?
