no air pump, belt size? SEARCHED!

There were lots of threads on this but nothing with a solid answer and i read every post. Some people say 29.5 some say 30 some say 30.5, then some say 305? im guess they meant 30.5. Can anyone tell me what the solid number is with out question? All pully's are stock just removed the air pump. Im going to the auto store today so hopefully i get the answer before i have to leave hehe. thanks in advance.

Pineapple makes one.

I'd reccomend getting a delete kit, though. It'll have blockoff plates and an idler pully, that way you keep the same size belt as stock and the belt won't slip on the water pump.

the greddy kit is very popular but the belt does not always maintain proper tension. like sloasfk mentioned kits are better, but the pineapple belt has the best fitment.

not everyone has problems, theres mixed results. and the kit is fine, its the belt that sometimes doesnt maintain proper tension

What pineapple product are you guys referring to? the yoohoo belt?

Every FD that I've ever seen run without the airpump has the Greddy/Gotham/Ebay delete kit, which is simply a larger diameter alt pulley and wp pulley, along with a 5 rib 780mm belt. That's it. Never heard of one problem due to belt slippage etc.

Man I had the same problem with my car. I went everywhere (Autozone, Kragen, Pepboys and nobody had them. I bought mines from Jeff McCall at ROTARY POWER here is his website www.rotarypowerusa.com it does not appear on the website but he sells them. I bought mine for $35 I believe and still run stock pullies works great.
