Nice Pic with my new turbo jeff battery tray installed!!! (? about heat shield also)
Here is a pic with the new battery thanks to turbo jeff's well made battery tray.
I have a question for the rx7 guru's though.
I am curious if any of you guys have any insight or opinions on the heat shield that came with my intake.
DO YOU THINK IT IS BENEFICIAL? OR DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TAKE IT OFF AND JUST LET THE FILTERS SIT IN THE OPEN?
THANKS GUYS FOR THE OPINIONS AND THOUGHTS.

Very nice............just need some more Bling bling in the compartment ! ! ! ! Looks good, you (heat shield) is a ggod name for it as it blocks the air you could draw from next to the radiator, it does how ever deflect the air from the fadiator fans ! ! !

The baffle is blocking direct hot radiator discharge, but you are still getting that, mixed with leakage from hood seams, which is better than the other. I have a cold air intake on mine, single turbo, which sucks air from in front of the radiator and front mount intercooler, through OEM holes. If someone can explain to me how to posts pics here...........

1.) Get an account with photobucket, or imageshack
2.) email me the pictures and I can host them. <rotor4play@gator.net>
